1. App Purpose

Our App allows users to post their WhatsApp group links, view and join groups posted by others, filter groups by category and country, and track clicks and views on their own posts. All posts are user-generated, and the admin does not post any groups.

WhatsApp™ is a trademark of WhatsApp Inc or WhatsApp LLC. Our App is neither affiliated with WhatsApp nor claims ownership of any third-party trademarks. Our App uses the official WhatsApp API to open groups within the WhatsApp App. We do not violate WhatsApp's Privacy Policy or Terms of Use. This app is an independent application developed to enhance the group joining experience. We are not endorsed by or officially connected with WhatsApp. Users must follow WhatsApp's terms while joining or adding groups.

3. Data Collection

We may collect the following information:

• User-submitted data: WhatsApp group link, group name, category, description, country.
• Automatically collected data: group views, join clicks, report details, reward points history.
• IP Address for identification, anti-spam, security, and legal purposes.

4. Account Management & App ID

Our App does not require users to create a traditional account using email, phone number, or password. Instead, account management is handled through a unique App ID system.

• When the user opens the app for the first time, a unique 36-character App ID is automatically generated.
• This App ID is securely stored locally on the user’s device using Shared Preferences.
• The same App ID is also securely stored on our server to manage user activity, rewards, reports, and content ownership.
• The App ID is used only for internal identification purposes and does not directly identify the user as a real person.
• No personally identifiable information such as name, phone number, or email address is required to use the app.
• If the app is uninstalled or app data is cleared, a new App ID may be generated upon reinstallation.

5. Firebase Services

• Push notifications are sent via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Firebase Remote Config is used to dynamically push API settings and configuration to the app.

6. Ads

• We display ads via Google AdMob.
• AdMob may use device identifiers for personalized advertising.

7. Reward System

• Users earn reward points for app activity.
• Each group join click costs 1 reward point.
• Points are used internally in the app only.

8. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting:

• Adult, sexual, or 18+ content.
• Nudity, obscene language, or suggestive group names/images.
• Fake, scam, or misleading groups.
• Hate speech, bullying, harassment, or violence.
• Illegal activities or content violating the law.
• Copyrighted material or impersonation.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

• All group submissions are monitored via automated filters and human moderation.
• Reported groups are reviewed promptly, and violating content will be deleted without warning.
• Repeated violations may lead to permanent ban and device/account blacklisting.

10. Age Restriction & Child Safety

• This App is strictly for users 18 years or older.
• We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation are strictly prohibited.
• Profiles or content involving minors will be permanently banned.

11. Illegal and Harmful Activities

• Violence, self-harm, abuse, or illegal substance promotion is prohibited.
• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

12. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content via the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Any such data will be removed promptly.

14. IP Address Usage

IP addresses are collected for security, spam prevention, user identification, and legal compliance. IP data is not used to personally identify users.
